Opening for part-time online counseling  by licensed social worker who holds a master's or doctoral degree in social work from an accredited school of social work, in addition to at least two years of post-master's supervised experience in a clinical setting.

The social worker must be licensed, certified, or registered at the clinical level in the jurisdiction of practice. A Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a social worker who provides individual, group and family therapy to assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent mental illness, as well as emotional and behavioral disturbances. LCSWs have additional hours of training that qualify them to work in clinical settings. Though the role of social workers and clinical social workers differs, their goal is the same: to act as an advocate for and improve the lives of their clients.

Online counseling allows patients to receive care from an online therapist via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to in-person therapy appointments such as people living in rural areas, people with mobility issues, and those with challenging work schedules.
